Jose Luis Perez Jr is a queer Puerto-Rican/Mexican performer known for his captivating presence on both stage and screen. Film credits include his directorial award winning short Caprichosas, and Sam Jaegers award winning film Take Me Home . On stage he’s appeared in Sexo, Pudor Y Lagrimas, Getting Out, Lydia Ramirez’s Cutting Open Wings and Joe Hortuas Between Us.
In addition to his accomplishments, Jose Luis Perez Jr has found purpose in education. Residing in Southern California, he channels his passion for the arts into teaching media production courses. As an educator, Perez inspires the next generation of storytellers, imparting both technical skills and a profound appreciation for the power of storytelling through various mediums.
